Today we offer you a very simple recipe for crumbly cookies, which are made from 5 simple ingredients and are loved by all children. The cookies are shaped like “chrysanthemums”, they are very attractive, delicious and extremely tender, so they melt in your mouth. These cookies are the tastiest in the world. Spoil your family with these special treats!

Crumbly Cookies

INGREDIENTS

-1 glass of sugar

-3 eggs

-0.5 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate quenched with vinegar or lemon juice

-250 g of butter

-2.5-3 cups of flour

– powdered sugar for sprinkling (optional)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Cut the butter into several parts and let it sit to soften.

2. Beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer in a large bowl, add the extinguished baking soda and beat once more, then add the butter cut into pieces and beat again until you get a homogeneous mass.

3. Add the flour gradually until it is easy to beat with the mixer, then gradually add the remaining flour and mix with a spoon. When it will be difficult to mix with the spoon, put the dough in the remaining flour (set aside a little flour, which you will add if necessary) and knead the dough with your hands.

4. The dough should not be elastic, it will remain soft, but it should not stick to your fingers. If it sticks, then add a little more flour and knead again, after a few tries it will be the desired consistency.

5. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate.

6. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare the meat grinder. Sprinkle the tray with flour or line it with baking paper. Take the dough out of the fridge and cut a fourth of it, put the remaining dough in the fridge.

7. Form the dough in the form of salami and put it through the mincing machine.

8. When the dough starts to come out, wait until it comes out about 5-7 cm, pick it up with your hand and cut it with a knife. This way you will get the correct flower shape.

9. Place the biscuits on the tray. To get beautiful flower shapes, you need to clean the remaining dough from the chopper. After you finish the dough, take the one from the fridge and continue to form the cookies.

10. You must do this quickly, so that the dough does not melt on the table and lose its shape.

11. After you have filled the cookie sheet, put it in the oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes. You can sprinkle the cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
