Ingredients for the top
– 200 g of biscuits
– 100 g of butter
Ingredients for the cream
– 400 g of cream cheese (or cottage cheese shredded in a blender)
– 350 ml of 33% whipped cream
– 150 g of powdered sugar
– 1 large packet of vanilla sugar
– the juice of a lemon
– 10 g of gelatin
Ingredients for the kiwi layer
– 1 kg of kiwi
– 200 g of powdered sugar
– 20 g of gelatin
Method of preparation
1. Crush the biscuits into crumbs, add the melted butter and mix.
2. Line the bottom of a 24cm diameter round and removable tin.
3. Place the biscuit layer in the bottom of the tin.

4. Beat the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a cream.

5. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
6. Add lemon juice and swollen gelatin to the cream cheese, mix.
7. Then add the whipped cream and combine the mass.
8. Place the resulting mass on top of the cookie sheet. Leave some cream for decoration. Refrigerate the cheesecake.
9. Peel the fruits, put them in a blender and chop them.
10. Add the powdered sugar and put the mixture on the fire. Give it a few boils and take the mixture off the heat.
11. Add the swollen gelatin to the kiwi and mix until smooth.
12. Remove the cake from the fridge and pour the kiwi layer on top.
13. Refrigerate the cheesecake to set for a few hours or overnight.
14. Decorate with the remaining whipped cream.
