Ingredients for the top

– 125 g of butter

– 250 g of flour

– 100 g of sugar

– 50 g of ground almonds

– 1 or

Ingredients for the chocolate mousse

– 250 ml of whipped cream

– 50 g of butter

– 200 g of dark chocolate

Ingredients for the cheese table

– 250 g of cream cheese

– 100 g of powdered sugar

– 2 tablespoons of rum

Additional ingredients

– 3 bananas

– 50 g of whipped cream

Method of preparation

1. The tabletop. Put the cold butter through a large grater, add the sifted flour and rub the table until you get “dry crumbs”. Stir in the sugar and ground almonds, then crack in the egg.

2. Knead the dough quickly and gather it into a ball. You don’t have to knead the dough for a long time, even if you didn’t get a homogeneous dough, to avoid getting a “heavy” dough after baking.

3. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes. Then take out the dough, roll it out, put it in a baking dish and put it back in the fridge for 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

4. Put the form with the top in the oven for about 20 minutes.

5. Prepare the chocolate mousse: put 250 ml of cream and butter in a small saucepan, bring the mixture to the boil. Take the mixture off the heat, add the chocolate and melt it, stirring vigorously. You should get a homogeneous chocolate mass. Let it cool to room temperature. Whip the cream (50 g) until you get firm peaks.

6. Cheese table. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and rum. Combine the cheese meal with the chocolate meal.

7. Put the resulting mixture into the whipped cream and mix carefully until you get a homogeneous and airy consistency. Peel the bananas.

8. Assemble the cake: put a few spoonfuls of mousse on top of the cake, then distribute the bananas in a spiral shape.

9. Place the remaining mousse on top. If desired, level the top and decorate the cake to taste, for example, with grated chocolate or draw wavy lines. Refrigerate the cake for 3 hours or overnight.
