Ingredients for the dough -50 ml of milk -2 spoons of cocoa -150 g of butter -180 g of flour -3 eggs -1 teaspoon of baking powder Ingredients for the cream -4 eggs -120 g of powdered sugar -700 g of cottage cheese -200 g of cream (natural yogurt) -125 g of butter -2 tablespoons of flour -1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (vanilla sugar) Ingredients for the glaze -100 g of chocolate -50 g of butter Method of preparation 1. The dough . Put the milk, cocoa, sugar and butter in a saucepan and stir the ingredients over the heat until they are completely dissolved.
