INGREDIENTS

– 1 thin stick (110 x 30 cm) or 2 smaller ones

– 200 g of melted cheese

– 250 g of semi-smoked salami

– 200 g of tomatoes

– 1-2 cloves of garlic

– 30-50 g of dill

– 2 eggs

– 1.5 teaspoons of flour

– vegetable oil

– high

– ground black pepper

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Cut the salami into small cubes. If desired, you can use any type of salami you like. It is important not to be too dry. Likewise, you can use ham or boiled chicken breast.

2. Wash the tomatoes and arrange them on a kitchen towel. Cut them into cubes, the same size as the salami.

3. Finely chop the greens and garlic. If desired, garlic can be grated.

4. Cut the glue into 4 square-shaped parts, measuring 30 x 30 cm. If you have glue of a different size, make them a square shape, the size you want.

5. Arrange the first stick on the work surface and brush it with melted cheese. Sprinkle it with chopped dill, garlic, salami and tomatoes. Cover the filling with another stick and press it down a little. Alternate layers of glue and filler in this way.

6. The last layer is a paste, which is smeared with melted cheese on the inside. Cover the filling with the greased side and press it down a little. Assemble the snack as quickly as possible so that the glue does not soften, because the filling is very juicy.

7. Cut the sticks into rectangles of the desired size so that it is convenient to fry them.

8. Beat the eggs with the flour. Season with salt and ground black pepper. You get a homogeneous mixture, similar to pancake batter. If it is too thick, add more milk or water.

9. Dip each portion of lipia in beaten egg and fry it in a pan with hot oil, on both sides.

10. Arrange them on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil, then on a plate.
