Achma” is a traditional Georgian dish, which reminds us of the famous khachapuri. This is a layered cake consisting of puff pastry and filling with cottage cheese and suluguni cheese. You get a particularly aromatic cake with a fine texture and intense taste. What’s more, it’s amazingly simple to prepare and incredibly tasty.
INGREDIENTS
-2 Armenian pounds
-500 g of sweet cottage cheese
-200 g of suluguni cheese
-400 ml of cheese 3.2%
-40 g of dill
-1 teaspoon of salt
-50 g of cheese

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Grate the suluguni cheese through a large grater.

2. Mix it with cottage cheese and salt.
3. Cut each stick into pieces of the same size. Get some countertops.
4. Arrange the first top in a deeper baking dish and grease it with kefir. Arrange the cheese filling.
5. Dip the second top in the kefir, then arrange it in the baking pan. Cover it with a layer of filling. Alternate layers of glue and filler in this way. Cover the last stick with a layer of grated cheese and chopped dill.
6. Place the tray in the oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
