Homemade “Achma” – a particularly delicious pie made from lipii and sweet cow’s cheese! I make it every weekend.

Achma” is a traditional Georgian dish, which reminds us of the famous khachapuri. This is a layered cake consisting of puff pastry and filling with cottage cheese and suluguni cheese. You get a particularly aromatic cake with a fine texture and intense taste. What’s more, it’s amazingly simple to prepare and incredibly tasty.

INGREDIENTS

-2 Armenian pounds

-500 g of sweet cottage cheese

-200 g of suluguni cheese

-400 ml of cheese 3.2%

-40 g of dill

-1 teaspoon of salt

-50 g of cheese

Note:  See  Measuring Ingredients

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Grate the suluguni cheese through a large grater.

2. Mix it with cottage cheese and salt.

3. Cut each stick into pieces of the same size. Get some countertops.

4. Arrange the first top in a deeper baking dish and grease it with kefir. Arrange the cheese filling.

5. Dip the second top in the kefir, then arrange it in the baking pan. Cover it with a layer of filling. Alternate layers of glue and filler in this way. Cover the last stick with a layer of grated cheese and chopped dill.
