Cheesecake with cappuccino is a fresh and delicious dessert, dedicated to lovers of the famous drink based on coffee and foamed milk. A cold cake without cooking, excellent to offer to guests at the end of a summer dinner or to consume at snack time in the company of friends, also perfect to offer at a special occasion or a birthday party.

To bring it to the table, simply line the bottom of a 22 cm diameter removable mold with biscuits soaked in cold milk and well compacted, then cover the base, after resting for a period of time in the refrigerator, with a voluptuous cream obtained. Beating the spreadable cheese with fresh cream, short coffee, sugar and dissolved gelatin, and then letting everything harden in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. The result will be a delicious and invigorating dessert, which will be decorated on the surface with whipped cream tips and chocolate-covered coffee beans.

Here, for a lighter performance, we have chosen sponge cakes, which can be prepared at home with our tips or bought ready-made. If you prefer, you can proceed in the traditional way and make the cookie layer with the classic dry cookies, crushed in a blender and then mixed with melted butter, or you can opt for cocoa or filled ones.

If the preparation is intended for children, you can replace the espresso with decaffeinated coffee or the same amount of soluble barley while, if you wish, you can enrich the filling with white or dark chocolate chips. Alternatively, you can place the cheesecake in individual glass glasses: this way you will get refined individual portions, perfect to place on the dessert table at a festive buffet or at a Sunday brunch.

How to make cheesecake with cappuccino
