Cinnamon buns: the recipe for soft cinnamon buns

Ingredients: — For the dough: 400 g of flour 0 40 g of brown sugar 9 g of brewer’s yeast 2 pinches of salt 220 g of rice milk 30 g of sunflower oil — For the stuffing: 30 g of brown sugar 3 spoons tablespoon of cinnamon 1 tablespoon of ginger Nutmeg to taste 15/20 g of sunflower oil — For the icing: 30 g of icing sugar 15 g of rice milk 1 pinch of cinnamon 

Preparation:  1. Mix flour, brown sugar and salt in a bowl. 2. Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it. 3. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. 4. Add the oil and mix well until it forms a paste. Then knead with your hands for 6 to 7 minutes. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with cling film. 6. Leave to rise until doubled in an oven preheated to 30° with a bowl of hot water at the bottom. 7. Meanwhile, for the filling, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and a little nutmeg. 8. Roll out the dough and brush with oil. Then cover with the cinnamon mixture. 9. Roll lengthwise, seal the ends well and divide into equal pieces. 10. Arrange them in a round mold covered with baking paper, cover with cling film and leave to rise again for about 1 hour. 11. Brush with milk, then bake at 175° for 20 minutes. 12. For the icing: mix the icing sugar, cinnamon and milk. 13. Sprinkle the buns and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
