Ingredients
1 kilo of cottage cheese
6 eggs
100 grams of flour< /span>a little lemon juice2 packets of vanilla sugar1/2 packet of baking powder250 grams of sugar
250 g of margarine

preparation

Mix all the ingredients and pour into a removable mold. Bake at 170°C heat up/down for approximately 1 hour.

After baking, let the cake cool in the oven to prevent it from collapsing.

If you want to enjoy this cake with fruits, you can add pieces of tangerine or cherries to the dough.
