I hope my experience helps people. So, how do I treat my eyes? I take 20 g of dill seeds and pour 1 cup of boiling water over them, let it steep for 1 hour, then filter it. I take it throughout the day in three doses. I wash my eyes with the same infusion several times a day and apply compresses. If there is a little infusion left, I try to use it – I wash my face to moisturize and nourish dry skin. As I wrote earlier, I am a teacher by profession. Therefore, my eyes are my livelihood. I take care of them diligently, respecting all the recommendations of the ophthalmologist. As a result, I remain in the ranks – I am still working. In my life, I had to go through a lot; perhaps that was the cause of the disease. When I had eye surgery, I came to the conclusion: In season, you must consume blueberries, strawberries, black currants, mulberries, green onions, and green dill daily, in large quantities if possible. I long ago switched to raw salads, oatmeal and buckwheat porridge, vegetable soups, small amounts of boiled chicken, milk, and kefir. In the autumn, I drink pumpkin juice and cook pumpkin porridge every day. Dill is also successfully used in the treatment of other eye conditions: acute and chronic conjunctivitis, blepharitis, eyelid edema, and cataracts. Recipe for cataract treatment with dill It is necessary to sew two bags made of flannel fabric (so that the water is retained well). Their size should be 5×5 cm. Pour 3 teaspoons of dill seeds into each bag, tie them, put them in a small enamel mug, pour cold water over them to cover the bags, and put them on the fire. Boil for 2 minutes, remove onto a plate to cool slightly, and drain the water. Place warm on closed eyes, with cellophane and a towel on top. (More interesting: Cherry twigs and leaves save the kidneys – treat any pain) Keep for 10-15 minutes until it cools. Perform the procedure at night. The dill bags can be used 2 times. Then throw away the seeds, rinse the bags without soap, fill again with new seeds, and pour a new portion of water. What else is dill useful for? So, all parts of the plant, and especially the seeds, contain: anethine, oil, proteins, saccharides, trace elements of iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid, folic acid, carotene, kaempferol… Dill dilates blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, and helps with glaucoma because it has a diuretic effect.
