Chicken meat in a “fur coat” of onions, tomatoes, and cheese with plenty of spices — the chicken comes out tasty, juicy, soft, and very aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 600 g
  • Onion and tomato – 1–2 pcs each

  • Pepper, paprika, herbs – 1 tsp each
  • Fresh herbs to taste
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Garlic – 2–3 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into thin, long strips and pound them.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs, paprika, and other spices. Brush with vegetable oil and rub everything in well.
  3. Leave the meat to marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion into half-rings, tomatoes into pieces, and chop the herbs. Mix the vegetables and herbs.
  5. Add grated eggs, pressed garlic, and 50 g of grated cheese. Mix everything together.
  6. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the chicken. Top with the “fur coat” of vegetables, eggs, and cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese (100 g).
  7. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.
