Chicken meat in a “fur coat” of onions, tomatoes, and cheese with plenty of spices — the chicken comes out tasty, juicy, soft, and very aromatic.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 600 g
- Onion and tomato – 1–2 pcs each
- Hard-boiled eggs – 3 pcs
- Pepper, paprika, herbs – 1 tsp each
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Cheese – 150 g
- Garlic – 2–3 cloves
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into thin, long strips and pound them.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs, paprika, and other spices. Brush with vegetable oil and rub everything in well.
- Leave the meat to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cut the onion into half-rings, tomatoes into pieces, and chop the herbs. Mix the vegetables and herbs.
- Add grated eggs, pressed garlic, and 50 g of grated cheese. Mix everything together.
- Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the chicken. Top with the “fur coat” of vegetables, eggs, and cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese (100 g).
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.
Tip: You can also add sweet bell pepper pieces or sliced mushrooms to the “fur coat”.
