Ingredients for 5 eclairs -160 g of sifted flour -4 eggs -200 ml of water -90 g of butter -2 g of salt Ingredients for the cream -500 ml of milk -3 eggs -200 g of powdered sugar -2 tablespoons of flour -2 tablespoons of soft butter -1 g vanilla Method of preparation 1. The dough. Boil water, add salt and butter and mix. 2. Gradually sprinkle the flour into the hot water and stir with a fork. Put the mixture back on the fire for a few minutes. 3.
