Burger patties smothered in a delicious gravy sauce; it doesn’t get any better than that! Ready in less than an hour, this recipe is surely a must-try! Ingredients: ½ tsp garlic powder 1 c whole milk ½ tsp onion powder 1 ½ c saltine crackers, crushed (1 sleeve of crackers, roughly) ½ tsp Italian seasoning ¼ tsp cayenne kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste all-purpose flour, for dredging 2 lbs. of ground beef Gravy: 1 ½ tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 ½ c whole milk 2 (10.75 ounces) cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup Directions: Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Add whole milk, freshly chopped parsley, and condensed cream of mushroom soup into a mixing bowl. Stir everything until well blended. In another mixing bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, milk, ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, cayenne, and crushed saltines. Use your clean hands to mix everything until well incorporated. Shape the mixture into small patties. In another mixing bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Coat each patty with flour. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot. Add the prepared patties into the hot skillet, then sear each side for a few minutes until they turn golden brown. Move them to the prepared baking dish. Pour the prepared gravy over the patties. Make sure to cover them completely. Cover the entire baking dish with aluminium foil. Place it in the preheated oven and bake the patties for about 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven and allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes to incorporate all the flavors. Serve and enjoy!Did you like a recipe? Please write comment on a facebook Post Views: 471 Recipes
