INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH -1 glass of flour -3 eggs -1-2 egg whites -250 ml of water -2 spoons of sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt -100 g of butter -vegetable oil (for frying) INGREDIENTS FOR GLAZING -1/5 cup of powdered sugar -4-5 spoons of milk -1 spoon of honey METHOD OF PREPARATION 1. Pour the water into a saucepan. Add the butter, sugar and salt. Place the saucepan on the heat and bring the mixture to a boil. 2. When the mixture begins to boil, turn the heat to low and pour in the sifted flour. Blend at a faster pace. Keep the dough on the fire for 1 minute. 3. Remove the pan of dough from the heat and let it cool. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each. 4. Add the egg whites and mix. Fill a pastry bag with batter. 5.
