BAKED FETA vany66, October 25, 2023 Facebook Pinterest Shares Ingredients: 1 8-ounce block of feta cheese 1 cup (250 ml) pitted olives, drained 1/2 cup (125 ml) sun-dried tomatoes 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp. teaspoon (2.5 ml) dried oregano 1/2 tsp. teaspoon (2.5 ml) dried thyme 1/2 tsp. teaspoon (2.5 ml) dried rosemary Salt and pepper, to taste Chopped fresh parsley Slices of French bread or crostini Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (175°C). Place the feta cheese in a small baking dish. Add the olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the feta cheese in the baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, sliced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary and season with salt and pepper to taste.
