This cake is made without butter and without sugar, which makes it very light. Ingredients for 10 parts: 250g of flour 100g fresh cheese 0% 70g 70% cocoa chocolate 50 g of stevia 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 sachet of vanilla sugar 4 bananas 1 pinch of salt Preparation : In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, stevia, vanilla sugar, and eggs, then beat until smooth.
