Chocolate and ricotta cake: the delicious dessert you need to try

Ingredients:

3 eggs

100 g sugar

250 g ricotta cheese

100 g flour

Baking powder

1 tbsp of cocoa powder

80 g dark chocolate (melted)

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix eggs with sugar and ricotta cheese.

2. Then add flour, baking powder, cocoa and dark chocolate.

3. Pour the batter in a mold.

4. Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes.
