It has pasta, cheese, chicken and ham mixed in with an awesome sauce. You can make individual servings or you can make a large casserole and cut into squares. Either way, this is one dish that everyone will love. Ingredients: 1/2 lb dry pasta rotini1 chicken breast boneless and skinless, cooked8 oz hamSalt fresh cracked black pepper1/2 cup heavy Cream1/2 cup chicken stock1 Tbsp butter8 oz Monterrey Jack cheese preferably block1 cup Mozzarella cheese1/4 cup ranch dressing Instructions: Drain the pasta and mix it in a large bowl. You can dice cooked chicken breasts (or you can cook it in a skillet while making pasta). Then, add it to your bowl of pasta. Add the ham to the pasta. Mix well. Set aside. Lightly grease a 1.5-quart casserole dish and heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Mix well and heat through. Slowly stir Monterrey Jack cheese until it is grate into the sauce pan. Season the dish with salt and pepper. Mix the cheesy sauce and pasta together in a bowl. Spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
