Crispy Bacon Wrapped Baby Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

• baby potatoes – 2.2 lb (1 kg)
• bacon slices – 7 oz (200 g)
• salt – 1 tsp.
• black pepper – 1 tsp.
• oil – 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

HOW TO COOK

Peel the potatoes and season them with salt, black pepper and a little of the fat.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) under foil, until they are fully cooked.

Meanwhile, cook the bacon on a grill pan and leave it to cool slightly.

When the potatoes are done, wrap each potato in crispy bacon and arrange the tapas on a suitable plate!
