“Crystal cake” with jam or jam – it simply melts in your mouth!

Today we present to you an extraordinary recipe of shortbread with jam. It is a particularly delicious dessert and is very simple and easy to prepare. Super tender, tender, sweet and aromatic, this cake is sure to win you over, especially since it reminds you of the sweetest and most innocent moments of childhood. Do not hesitate to try it, it is simply phenomenal!

ingredients

– 2 eggs

– 3 cups of flour

– 200 g of butter

– 1 glass of sugar

– 1 g vanilla

– 1 teaspoon of baking powder

– 200 g of jam or jam (depending on preferences)

Method of preparation

1. Melt the butter in a bain-marie and let it cool.

2. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

3. Put the sugar in a bowl and add the butter, vanilla and eggs over it. Mix the composition well.

4. Combine the flour with the baking powder and gradually add this mixture to the above composition.

5. Knead the dough and divide it into 2 parts – one bigger and one smaller. Place the smaller one in the freezer for 1 hour.

6. Place the larger piece of dough evenly in a round baking dish, pressing lightly with your hand.

7. Add a layer of jam on top, leveling evenly with a spatula.

8. Remove the dough from the freezer and grate it (using a large grater) directly over the jam layer.

9. Put the cake in the oven for 20 minutes.
