INGREDIENTS -600 g of potatoes -30 g of butter -150 ml of milk -2 cloves of garlic -2 sprigs of rosemary (4 g) -0.5 teaspoon of spices for potatoes -60 g of onion -300 g of mushrooms -0.5 teaspoon of salt -1 teaspoon of Italian herbs -20-30 ml of vegetable oil -2 tablespoons of cream METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.
