To prepare it, simply mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour, the heated milk with the pulp of a vanilla pod and a pinch of ground cinnamon and let everything thicken over the heat until a firm, white cream is formed. and spicy; While it cools, you can devote yourself to making the dough by kneading the water, flour and extra virgin olive oil: after resting for half an hour, you can finally roll out the base in a 22 centimeter diameter cake tin and fill it with the milk, stir in the cream and Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.

How to prepare milk tart
