Ingredients
For the cake:
- 40 plain biscuits (or cocoa biscuits, to taste)
- 500 g fine cottage cheese (well drained)
- 375 ml whipping cream
- 80 g vanilla pudding powder (or chocolate, as preferred)
- 80 ml milk (for mixing the pudding)
- 200 g sugar
- 180 ml milk (for soaking the biscuits)
For the topping:
- 150 g chocolate
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 100 g grated white chocolate (for decoration)
Preparation:
- Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the cream with the pudding powder and 80 ml milk until it thickens.
- Gently fold the pudding cream into the cottage cheese mixture until homogeneous and fluffy.
- In a rectangular pan, place a layer of biscuits quickly dipped in milk.
- Add half of the cream mixture and level it, then add another layer of biscuits.
- Pour the remaining cream and cover with a final layer of biscuits.
- Heat the liquid cream without boiling, then add the broken chocolate. Stir until completely melted and glossy.
- Pour the chocolate glaze over the cake and let it cool.
- Sprinkle grated white chocolate on top for an elegant look.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight) so the flavors meld and the biscuits soften perfectly.
This quick no-bake dessert is creamy, delicious, and perfect when you want something sweet without turning on the oven!
