Puffed Cheesecake: The best cake you will ever taste

Ingredients:

200 g cream cheese

200 g warm milk

10 g granulated sugar

3 egg yolks

30 g Maizena

Kiss:

3 egg whites

50 g granulated sugar

Directions:

Spread the egg yolks and whites on top, then mix the cheese with the sugar, egg yolks, milk and cornstarch.
