INGREDIENTS -200 g of butter -130 g of powdered sugar -350 g of flour -1 or -1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence (or 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar) -1/4 teaspoon of salt -1/2 teaspoon baking powder -1 yolk -65 g of chopped walnuts METHOD OF PREPARATION 1. In a bowl, mix the butter with the powdered sugar, egg, vanilla, salt and baking powder. Mix well with a mixer until the sugar dissolves. 2. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Give the dough a round shape and wrap it in cling film. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. 3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 7 mm. 4. Cut out the biscuits, using a special shape. Cut a small circle in the center of each cookie, about 2 cm in diameter. 5. Arrange the biscuits on a baking tray lined with paper.
