How to prepare homemade nougat Go ahead and prepare this delicious nougat, you will need: Ingredients: 100 g almonds 75 g walnuts Raisins (optional) 125g sugar 125g honey Powdered sugar (for the mold) 1 egg white Preparation: Boil the almonds for 3 minutes.
