They look like simple stuffed peppers, but what’s inside? It’s just incredible!

Stuffed peppers are my favorite food that I can never get enough of! Practically in all cuisines of the world (Spanish, Indian, Mexican, Egyptian, Romanian, etc.) there is a specific recipe for stuffed peppers – with rice and yogurt in some regions or even with vine leaves and potatoes in other regions.

Today I want to offer you a sensational recipe for stuffed peppers with chicken breast, boiled couscous and a lot of cheese. It is an absolutely delicious food with a heady flavor and a very fine and delicate texture. They are extremely simple to prepare and they are amazing! Enjoy them with pleasure with family and friends! Big appetite!

ingredients

-4 bell peppers (red)

-2 cups of couscous (boiled)

-1 ½ cup shredded chicken breast

-½ cup tomato salsa (tomato sauce)

-1 teaspoon of onion powder

-2 teaspoons of Tacos seasoning

-1 cup of grated cheese

-1 teaspoon of hot sauce

-½ cup of cream

-cheese (for sprinkling)

– fresh coriander (for decoration)

Method of preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.

3. Place the couscous, chicken fillet and tomato sauce in a bowl. Mix the composition with a spoon.

4. Add the onion powder, taco seasoning, grated cheese, hot sauce and sour cream. Mix the composition until homogeneous.

5. Fill the pepper halves with the prepared mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.

6. Put the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes.

7. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander (or any other greens) and enjoy!
