Prep Time: 5 minutesCook Time: 40 minutesTotal Time: 45 minutes Ingredients: 8 ounces of egg noodles1 1/2 lb ground beefHalf a green pepper seeded, chopped2-3 cloves garlic, minced3 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce1 Tablespoon sugarSalt and pepper to taste1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened1 cup small-curd cottage cheese1/4 cup sour cream3-4 chopped green onions1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.Follow the package instructions to cook noodles. Drain.Brown and crumble the ground beef, adding green pepper and garlic. Continue until it is no longer pink. Drain. Mix the tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well. Mix in the cooked noodles.
