(0.2 g each)gelatin – 1 tbsp. (10 g)FOR THE MOUSSEavocado – 1 pc.cream – 2/5 cup (100 ml)sugar – 2 tbsp.milk – 2 tbsp. HOW TO COOK Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan (without boiling the mixture). Add honey and vanilla, mix well and remove it from heat. Add the gelatin (pre-soaked in 3.5 tbsp of cold water). Stir, until it melts. Distribute it into cups and leave it to cool to room temperature. Then store it in the refrigerator. Peel the avocado and put it in a blender. Add the sugar and milk. Blend, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the whipped cream. Mix gently and pour it into a piping bag.
