Ingredients: 1/4 c (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cubed 2 tsp vanilla extract powdered sugar, as needed 6 Egg yolks, beaten 2/3 c caster sugar, or superfine sugar 1/3 c all-purpose flour 1 (16 ounces) package of store-bought puff pastry, 2 sheets, thawed 1 1/2 c heavy cream 1 1/2 c whole milk 1/2 c water Directions: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Line with parchment paper into two baking sheets. Roll out the puff pastry sheets, then put them onto the prepared baking sheets. Prick the dough with a fork.
